2001 — Starting TECHNO PLAST CONSULTANCY
Business started as the name of Techno Plast Consultancy by the owner Md. Habibur Rahman Sarder.
2006 — Showroom opened
A showroom was opened to store the machinery equipment.
2007 — Started Habib Industries
Our manufacturing unit Habib Industries was started as a plastic factory to make the PET preform, bottle and cap.
2010 — Expanded Corporate Head Office
Our corporate head office was newly expanded.
2012 — Launched Techno Plast Spares (TPS)
Our showroom was launched as a separate company called Techno Plast Spares (TPS).
2012 — Branch Opened at Bogura
The first branch of Habib Industries was opened at Bogura.
2013 — Shifted to Own Building
Habib Industries was shifted to its own building.
2013 — Branch Opened at Sylhet
The second branch of Habib Industries was opened at Sylhet.
2016 — Sole agentship: Alapala, Tanis, Mysilo, Hurmak
Sole agentship acquired for Turkish companies Alapala, Tanis, Mysilo and Hurmak.
2017 — ISO Certified
Habib Industries (HI) got ISO certificate.
2018 — Launched Bake Tech Corporation (BTC)
Our second showroom was launched as Bake Tech Corporation for bakery equipment.
2019 — Transformed into Habib Industries Ltd.
Habib Industries transformed into Habib Industries Ltd.
2020 — Enlisted to Bangladesh Ordnance Factories (BOF)
The company was enlisted as a supplier in Bangladesh Ordnance Factories (BOF).
2020 — Factory, Office and Warehouse on own land
The factory, office and warehouse are being built on Habib Industries Ltd. (HIL)'s own land at Madanpur.
2024 — Sole agentship: Welltec Machinery
Sole agentship acquired for Chinese company Welltec Machinery Limited.
